On the Internet, more and more people are searching for “Act mortgage audit“, because they somehow received a letter from the “ACT” message, what happened? Originally, this came on a letter about a mortgage refund with the name ACT on it.. The FBI has announced that mortgage fraud is the top concern in 2010 for their white collar crime unit. With mortgage scams wreaking havoc on homeowners across the nation, it is no surprise that the Feds are going after these professional crooks.
“ACT” have many different phone numbers, 866-259-0031,877-676-5557,877-342-4308 and so on.
Do not waste time or money responding to ACT mortgage audit. It is a mortgage default SCAM. They have purchsed your address from a third party and know that you are either delinquent or at risk of becoming delinquent on your home loan. So they play this game called “Forensic Audit”. They will tell you that x% of people have been overcharged by their mortgage company in the form of fees and or finance calculations and for a small fee they will do an audit for you. IF they find anything, then you will be entitlted to “thousands” of dollars in refunds. SCAM, SCAM – don’t fall for it. Report it!!
Now if you received ACT Mortgage Audit Letter, you should know how to do it. The following content is act mortgage audit Letter:

Below are some comments of net friends:
“Just received the same letter… of course was enticed by the thought of receiving money owed to us. But thought it was a scam immediately and decided to look it up on the web. Same letter with no company information, just ACT and a number to call… Decided it’s not worth the trouble to look into further and most likely a scam!”
“I received the letter from ACT Servicing. Of course I didn’t know that was the name of the company until I called. I spoke with a very nice lady that wasn’t pushy. I took notes about what “flagged” them about my mortgage being over-charged. I don’t believe her with what she said so I will call my mortgage company about the “flags”. She did say that she could do the audit for $149….I didn’t ask for more details. I just got off the phone.”
